sillencer

Definition

sillencer(sill-encer); silencing silliness;

inhale seriousness’, exhale ‘silliness’ …… ‘silence’

sillencer; any means capable of handling, out of control silliness and excessive self-criticism by using a healthy dollop balance of serious fun and silliness

sillencer; any means to muzzle or silence silly negative thoughts from your inner critique

Just like a computer, you can reprogram your mind based on the software(wording) that you put into it

"Excessive self-criticism tends to backfire, because it leads us to focus on our so-called failures instead of the “small ways that we could have improved,” says psychologist Tamar E. Chansky, PhD, author of Freeing Yourself From Anxiety. And over the long term, studies show, self trash-talk is associated with higher stress levels and even depression

Example use

teacher; wow! Now that’s the sound of sillence, silliness being silenced!!”! Howd you get this crazy silly class to be so silent?
